Job Description
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or Management required
  • MBA or Master’s degree in Finance/Strategy strongly preferred
  • 10 - 15+ years of experience in retail/consumer finance, NBFC, banking, or captive finance
  • Proven experience managing dealer financing models and joint ventures
  • Ability to lead and scale large cross-functional teams
Additional Information

Essential Functions

  1. Manages the financial support to the business development umbrella under retail. This includes capital management, pre and post ROIs, management and stewardship of dealer accounting, SFJ consolidations, and JV financial stewardship and accounting
  2. Contributes to building the department plans for retail capital up to one year out and provides insights on future years. Manages the tracking of retail capital throughout the year to provide guidance to the business development and construction team on capital management
  3. Provides leadership to managers/expert/leads and is accountable for the performance and results of the teams across the multiples areas of support. Areas will include a dealer team, JV team, capital and SFJ
  4. Oversee preparation and delivery of executive-level reporting and dashboards with clear insights and recommendations
  5. Identifies and solves moderate to complex, operational problems leveraging the appropriate resources within or outside the department
  6. Leads the business and drives execution to understand financial performance and ensure we are hitting financial metrics and KPIs. Course corrects when off the mark. 
  7. Ensures timely, efficient, and accurate completion of daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reporting across all supported retail areas, delivering insights and key findings that drive business decisions.
